RETURN & REFUND POLICY · 退换货政策

All Sales Final — Food Products Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any food items once an order has been placed and confirmed. 所有食品一经确认订购，概不退换。

Order Cancellations · 取消订单

• Cancelled more than 48 hours before pickup: Full refund · 提前48小时以上取消：全额退款
• Cancelled 24–48 hours before pickup: 50% refund · 提前24–48小时取消：退还50%
• Cancelled less than 24 hours before pickup: No refund · 提前24小时内取消：不予退款

Custom Cake Orders · 定制蛋糕 A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all custom orders. 定制蛋糕需预付50%定金，定金不可退还。

Quality Concerns · 质量问题 If your cake has a quality issue, please contact us within 2 hours of pickup with photos. 如收到的蛋糕存在质量问题，请在取货后2小时内附照片联系我们。
