How do I place an order? · 如何下单？
You can order directly on our website. Select your cake, size, and preferred pickup date and time at checkout. 直接在我们网站下单，选择蛋糕、尺寸，并在结账时选择取货日期和时间段。
How far in advance do I need to order? · 需要提前多久下单？
Same-day orders are welcome — just order at least 3 hours before your pickup time. For custom cakes, please contact us at least 7 days in advance. 当天订购需提前至少3小时。定制蛋糕请至少提前7天联系我们。
Can I order by WeChat? · 可以微信下单吗？

What sizes are available? · 有哪些尺寸？
Most cakes are available in 4" (2–4 servings), 6" (4–7 servings), 8" (8–12 servings), and 10" (12–20 servings).
For larger gatherings, we also offer sheet cakes:
- 8" × 12" (approx. 20–25 servings)
- 12" × 16" (approx. 40–50 servings)
- 16" × 24" (approx. 80–100 servings)
For weddings and banquets, we create custom tiered cakes. Please contact us.

Yes, we offer local delivery. Delivery fee is calculated at checkout. 提供！我们提供本地配送，配送费在结账时自动计算。
How should I store my cake? · 蛋糕如何保存？
All cakes must be refrigerated immediately after pickup or delivery. Best consumed within 24 hours for optimal flavour. 取回后请立即冷藏，建议24小时内食用，风味最佳。

What payment methods do you accept? · 接受哪些付款方式？
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay online. Cash is accepted for in-store pickup. 网上支持信用卡、Apple Pay 和 Google Pay。自取可现金付款。
Can I get a refund? · 可以退款吗？
Due to the perishable nature of food, all sales are final. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund. Please see our full Refund Policy for details. 食品概不退换。提前48小时以上取消可获全额退款。详情请见退换货政策。
